Purpose:Italy: ? Baia area.  View of a wooden balustraded bridge between two towers, supported by a stone arch above garden walls; it is probably in the area around Baia. Beyond is another tower with balustrade. In the foreground are two figures.

This view is probably of a small villa in the area around Baia; its architecture would suggest a sixteenth-century building. The drawing is on two joined sheets, as in Adam vol.57/12 and 57/35.
